Sherony Park is a friendly and relaxed but professional equine facility that provides education and training for riders and their horses in the beautiful Yass Valley only 5 minutes from Gungahlin in the ACT. Sheridan and Tony have over 40 years’ experience in the equine industry both in Australia and Europe.
Giorgia of Wild Rose Equestrian has joined our team at Sherony Park. Giorgia’s expertise is in Classical Horsemanship and Rider Position. Like us her focus is on the horse’s well being, strength and flexibility to empower the horse ability and confidence. For the rider, like us her focus is on understanding, feel, competence and self confidence.
Giorgia is available to provide tuition to students on horses at Sherony Park or on your own horse at Sherony Park or on site. She also provides Equine Assisted Therapy for groups or individuals at Sherony Park.
Sherony Park offers riding lessons on your own horse, based on classical principles as well as horse-related educational courses. Equine assisted learning and therapy sessions are available to schools, groups families and individuals.
We also provide arena hire and short-term horse accommodation for clinic participants and travellers.Our unique position and quality facilities makes us an excellent choice for Canberra and interstate horse riders who wish to further their skills, hold a clinic or workshop, or to simply rest their horses while in transit.
