CANCELLATION POLICY

Lesson and EAT&P Session Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. Preparing a horse for a lesson takes time and energy as does preparing for the lesson content. We also understand that children become ill or injure themselves at school before a lesson which is unavoidable.
However we have needed to introduce a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the lesson may incur a full or partial lesson fee. This is made at the discretion of Management.
Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to attend their lesson may incur a full lesson fee.
Where Management has cancelled a lesson for horse welfare reasons or safety reasons {(see Horse Riding Activities Risk Assessment Item: Other extreme conditions on the day of the activity (torrential rain fall, strong winds, etc)} re-booking will be offered at no additional cost to the client.

Facilities Hire Cancellation Policy

We do allow external clients to hire our facilities and to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience we undertake considerable preparation. A deposit of 20% is required to secure a booking. We understand that situations arise that require bookings to be cancelled. As preparation for use of the facilities includes administrative as well as physical preparation, we retain 20% of the total hire fee to cover costs. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the full hire fee will be due and payable.
